Senior Full Stack Developer (Java/Node.js/Angular)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full stack software development
• Expertise in back-end development with Java, Node.js, and Nest.js
• Proficiency in front-end development using Angular and TypeScript
• Experience with AWS cloud services including Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudFormation, and EKS
• Experience working with databases such as DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, and DB2 (legacy)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk and Honeycomb
• Competency in testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, and Bruno
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools including Claude Code and GitHub Copilot with ongoing evaluation of emerging Generative AI tools
• AI-forward mindset embracing Generative AI as essential engineering instruments and staying current with the evolving AI tooling landscape
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies like Angular to adapt to project and tooling needs
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues with and without AI assistance
• Excellent English communication skills for technical articulation in client-facing and cross-functional collaboration roles

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services using Java, Node.js, and Nest.js
• Build or contribute to front-end development using Angular and TypeScript
• Analyze legacy applications and define target state designs and architectures
• Implement cloud-native microservices using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudFormation, Step Functions)
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
• Leverage Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and other Generative AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, test creation, documentation, and code review support
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI-assisted development tools
• Contribute to team best practices and guidelines for responsible and effective Generative AI usage
• Perform unit, integration, and non-functional testing using tools like Jest, Playwright, and Bruno leveraging AI-assisted tools
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and peer-level code reviews
• Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers and designers to address technical issues and support infrastructure needs
• Mentor junior developers on engineering fundamentals and effective Generative AI usage, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
