IT Product Owner (k/m)

Position based in Warszawa at GRUPA PZU, focused on managing IT tool and license budgets, collaborating with multiple departments including budgeting, controlling, procurement, and IT contracts, supporting users and suppliers, and improving documentation processes.

• Experience in a large organization managing IT costs, budgeting, licenses, technology purchases, IT services, or reporting
• Ability to prepare analyses, forecasts, and recommendations supporting business decisions
• Experience in analyzing financial, cost, or license data and identifying risks and optimization opportunities
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to present data via reports and dashboards
• Ability to collaborate with business, financial, purchasing, and technical stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and understandable recommendations
• Self-reliance, good organization, and highly developed analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of the English language to cooperate with suppliers and work with technical documentation

• Support budget owners in planning, monitoring, and settling budgets for IT tools and licenses
• Collaborate with teams responsible for budget lines, controlling, cost settlements, purchases, sourcing, and IT contracts
• Monitor tool budget execution and identify deviations, risks, and changes affecting projected costs
• Monitor renewal deadlines, purchasing process statuses, and implementation of agreed actions
• Provide user support regarding access to tools, licenses, and purchasing processes
• Collaborate with suppliers for managing tools, licenses, costs, and resolving ongoing issues
• Improve and document processes related to cost management, licenses, purchases, and IT tool demand
