IT Compliance and Risk Specialist

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in IT, with strong expertise in IT Risk Management, IT Compliance, Information Security, Audit, or related disciplines.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, control evaluations, audit support, and remediation management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to translate risks into actionable recommendations.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, with excellent prioritization, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills; effective in global and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

• Perform risk analysis, business impact analysis, and coordinate risk assessments.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize IT risks.
• Analyze, measure, and monitor a range of IT risks and facilitate treatment decisions.
• Support definition, implementation, and maintenance of the IT Risk Management process framework.
• Develop and lead training to improve IT risk awareness and adoption among stakeholders.
• Participate in measuring effectiveness and assist in addressing identified content or process gaps.
• Build strong networks across key stakeholder groups to aid alignment during compliance and risk activities.
