Product Manager (Employee Journey)

• Experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or in managing digital products and business processes
• Ability to combine business, user, and technological perspectives
• Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design
• Ability to analyze user needs and translate them into functional solutions
• Current knowledge of technological solutions used in HR
• Ability to build partnership relationships
• Independence, proactivity, and result orientation
• Ability to work in a dynamic change environment
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on facts
• English language proficiency enabling fluent communication

Nice to have:

• Experience in HR, Employee Experience, Change Management, or organizational transformation
• Knowledge of Agile, Design Thinking, or Customer/Employee Journey Mapping methods
• Experience working with products supporting employee processes

• Defining and developing the vision of digital products supporting Employee Journey
• Identifying user needs and translating them into specific business solutions
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing initiatives
• Collaborating with HR, IT, UX teams, and business stakeholders
• Analyzing data, monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions, and recommending improvements
• Leading transformational and optimization projects in employee experience
• Building stakeholder engagement and effectively managing change
