Azure DevOps Engineer (Senior)

SpyroSoft S.A. is offering a position working on an Azure-based platform handling about 50 microservices on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

• Several years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably with Azure Bicep.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and YAML.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including Helm and autoscaling.
• Good understanding of Azure networking and security, including VNets, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, Key Vault, RBAC, and Managed Identities.
• Scripting skills in Bash and/or PowerShell.
• Experience with Azure messaging, data, and observability services such as IoT Hub, Event Hubs, Service Bus, and Cosmos DB.
• Good English communication skills and ability to work in an international team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with large-scale microservices platforms.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and IoT solutions.
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400 or similar).
• Experience with platform engineering and cloud cost optimization.
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.

• Manage and enhance the Azure cloud platform and AKS environment.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Azure Bicep.
• Build and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using YAML.
• Manage networking, security, and access controls in Azure.
• Support messaging, data, and integration services including IoT Hub, Event Hubs, Service Bus, and Cosmos DB.
• Improve monitoring, observability, and alerting capabilities using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and OpenTelemetry.
• Troubleshoot platform and deployment issues.
• Drive automation, reliability, scalability, and security improvements.
