Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python + React)

The role involves working in one of six parallel projects alongside data scientists and engineers to deliver scalable and reliable full-stack solutions using AWS, Python, and React.

• Over 5 years of experience architecting and building full-stack applications with Python and React
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway
• Proven experience designing scalable RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Strong background in database design for relational and NoSQL systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical discussions
• Excellent communication skills for working across cross-functional teams

• Architect and deliver full-stack solutions using Python on AWS and React, focusing on scalability and maintainability
• Own technical decisions on system design, cloud infrastructure, and integration patterns to reduce risk and technical debt
• Partner with data scientists to align technical solutions with business goals
• Mentor mid-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance
• Design and optimize APIs, data flows, and AWS infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency
• Resolve complex technical issues spanning front-end, back-end, and infrastructure layers
• Drive engineering best practices including testing strategy, CI/CD, and documentation standards
