IT Project Manager – Cloud & Cybersecurity Transformation

The role is part of a broader transformation programme focused on aligning an isolated Azure data center with Nordea Group standards, policies, and security requirements. This position is a replacement for an existing Project Manager who runs Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Proxy configuration projects. The projects involve integration and transformation within Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains.

• Preferred PMI certification (CAMP or PMP).
• Strong experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery.
• Proven experience as a sole Project Manager on IT projects.
• Experience in IT transformation and integration projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains including Firewalls (FW), Proxy solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Database Activity Monitoring, Endpoint Protection, Security Monitoring, Vulnerability management, Security baselines, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network Security, and Azure Cloud Architecture.

• Experience in the financial sector.

• Initiate, plan, and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains.
• Own full project lifecycle including scope, plan, budget, risks, and stakeholders.
• Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches.
• Apply structured Waterfall practices including clear phases, documentation, change control, and governance.
• Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where appropriate.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business, and security.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
• Provide clear reporting, risk management, and decision support to stakeholders.
