Intel is developing world-class compiler technologies within the Data Center Group. The team contributes to Intel® C/C++/DPC++ and Fortran Compilers and the LLVM open-source ecosystem, delivering highly optimized compiler technologies for Intel CPU and GPU platforms.

Wymagania

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Informatics, or a related technical discipline.
  • 4+ years of professional experience developing software in C/C++.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and data structures.
  • Experience optimizing software for CPU performance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively drive technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with vectorization technologies and parallel programming models such as OpenMP.
  • Experience with compiler development, particularly LLVM-based frameworks.
  • Experience working with assemblers, linkers, and low-level system software.
  • Strong understanding of CPU architecture and compiler optimization techniques.
  • Experience with code generation and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with performance analysis and profiling tools such as perf or similar technologies.

Obowiązki

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain compiler software components.
  • Implement new compiler features and resolve complex software defects.
  • Analyze real-world applications and industry benchmarks to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Improve performance and efficiency of compiler-generated code for Intel CPU architectures.
  • Conduct functional, performance, and stress testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with global engineering, validation, and performance teams.
  • Work closely with hardware architects and software teams to enable new processor capabilities.
  • Contribute to open-source compiler technologies and industry standards initiatives.
