Android Developer

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a global innovator in fitness and wellness technology, delivering integrated experiences to millions of members worldwide.

• 4+ years of experience in Android development with strong knowledge of Kotlin.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Solid experience working with REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Android architecture patterns, particularly MVI and MVVM.
• Experience profiling UI, memory, and threading performance in Android applications.
• Ability to translate Product, UX, and UI requirements into clean, maintainable code.
• Proven ability to independently handle complex engineering tasks.
• Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Espresso.

• Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin.
• Build customer-facing features for mobile and connected fitness devices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions.
• Optimize app performance, including UI, memory, and threading.
• Apply architecture patterns such as MVI and MVVM.
• Contribute to process and technology improvements within the team.
• Mentor and support other engineers to foster growth and best practices.
