Agile Coach

Circle K Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) is leading an organizational transformation focused on agility at scale, involving teams, programs, and portfolio levels.

• Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
• 8+ years experience leading Agile teams, including experience as Scrum Master
• Strong problem-solving focus on results
• Superior communication and facilitation skills across all organizational levels
• Proactive initiative to address obstacles and implement positive change
• Knowledge and practical application of coaching methods
• Certifications such as PSM I/CSM I/KMP I required; PSM II, KMP II, and scalable framework certifications are assets
• Knowledge of change management practices is welcome
• Experience coaching product management is an asset

• Build impactful relationships with Engineering, Product, and Team leaders to influence agile delivery at scale
• Support Product Owners and Managers in backlog management and incremental delivery
• Coach, mentor, and grow Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers
• Prepare and deliver agile trainings and develop a knowledge platform
• Use feedback and metrics to identify and improve processes
• Foster effective, transparent, and cohesive teams for better business outcomes
• Ensure standardization of ways of working, tools, and metrics
• Shape and support Scrum Master communities and other Communities of Practice
