Agile Lead

Circle K Lean-Agile Center of Excellence, focusing on Agile transformation at an organizational level.

• Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
• Over 8 years of experience working in Agile environments with practical experience in Agile transformation
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, practices, and advanced frameworks, adaptable to different organizational contexts
• Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership and strong communication skills for challenging conversations
• Initiative and proactive in addressing obstacles, continuous improvement, and positive change
• Knowledge of coaching methods and ability to apply them
• Certifications at minimum PSM II, KMP II, and a SAFe certification (SPC or RTE)
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of change management, adaptable to context
• Experience in coaching product management level is an asset

• Partner with senior leaders to embed Agile principles into strategy, leadership, and organizational change
• Build relationships with stakeholders, engineering, and product leaders to influence Agile delivery at scale
• Support Product Directors, Product and Tech Managers in effective backlog management and incremental delivery
• Lead complex initiatives and help leaders navigate organizational change and decision-making
• Foster growth and development of Agile experts
• Identify areas for improvement using feedback and metrics (lead time, cycle time, WIP) and work towards their improvement
• Identify and apply appropriate standardization of ways of working, tools, and metrics
