• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Business/System Analyst
• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN notation
• Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools
• Experience with Enterprise Architect tool
• Knowledge of requirements elicitation for IT projects, business environment and process modeling
• Ability to present analysis results and recommendations
• Experience working in agile projects, collaborating with developers on user stories
• Understanding of QA tasks and testing techniques
• Ability to solve problems quickly and learn fast
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and preparation of logical and physical data models for development
• Understanding of performance and security issues
• Understanding of project management aspects

• Collaborate with business, developers, and testers to ensure clear communication
• Define problems and needs
• Develop analytical artifacts using agile methodologies
• Develop and maintain analytical documentation
• Plan integrations between systems
• Support developers and testers in the software development process and later maintenance
