As IT Partner in Supply Area Central Europe, you will provide professional onsite IT support to local co-workers and secure support for Inter IKEA IT systems. You will act as the link between central stakeholders and the office in Poland, contributing to the development of a competent and high-performing organisation.
Wymagania
- Good knowledge of software, hardware, IP networks, and voice communication.
- Good knowledge of IT service management, information security, and data privacy processes and guidelines.
- General knowledge of relevant technology standards, trends, and innovations.
- Good knowledge of project management tools and methodology.
- Experience managing vendors and service providers.
- Risk assessment knowledge.
- Very good knowledge of Office 365 tools and environment.
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft Azure, and Power Apps.
- Self-reliant, motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
- Service-minded and professional focus on end user needs and business operations.
- Written and verbal fluency in English.
Additional strengths:
- Experience working within IT, preferably in global organisations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps platforms.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ability to formulate queries (prompts).
Obowiązki
- Perform and manage planned IT activities including installations, upgrades, local rebuilds, and maintenance according to goals and budget.
- Solve and prioritize IT issues in cooperation with global Helpdesk and escalate when necessary.
- Execute daily tasks following procedures, rules, and guidelines aligned within the organisation.
- Participate actively in the IT Partners’ network between PLA units and secure local IT communication.
- Provide technical training for onsite support staff and new hires, including equipment setup.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine monitoring to ensure continuous uptime of IT infrastructure and applications.
- Contribute to continuous improvements within IT service desk and onsite operations through IT process lead, projects, service ownership, and digital workplace.
- Manage onsite IT security in cooperation with risk management, information security, and data privacy.
- Monitor IT technologies and system trends to evaluate business benefits.
- Manage relationships with Inter IKEA IT, vendors, contractors, and service providers regarding support and upgrades.
- Act as an ambassador of Inter IKEA values at all times.
