Senior Apple Endpoint Management Engineer (English & German speaking)

NEXA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is hiring for a senior role supporting a large enterprise Apple ecosystem in the EMEA region, focusing on macOS device management and platform engineering for more than 1,000 devices.

• Strong hands-on experience with macOS and Darwin/BSD Unix
• Proven experience in Platform Engineering
• Hands-on experience managing Apple devices within large-scale enterprise environments of 1,000+ devices
• Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) architecture, processes, and best practices
• Experience with modern Apple device management technologies and tools
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot complex enterprise macOS environments
• Experience supporting security, configuration, and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoints
• Fluent English at C1 level
• Fluent German at C1 level
• Must be based within the EMEA region, preferably Poland or Germany

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Fleet MDM
• Knowledge of Apple Enterprise Services
• Experience with Santa
• Experience with Platform SSO (PSSO)
• Experience managing security and compliance within enterprise macOS environments
• Automation and scripting experience related to Apple endpoint management
• Experience introducing and scaling new Apple platform capabilities within enterprise environments

• Manage and continuously improve the enterprise Mobile Device Management environment
• Oversee macOS device provisioning, deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management
• Package, deploy, update, and maintain software across the enterprise Apple ecosystem
• Define and maintain device policies, compliance standards, and security controls
• Integrate and support Apple enterprise technologies and device management services
• Work with security technologies such as Santa and identity solutions including Platform SSO
• Automate and optimize operational processes across the macOS environment
• Support the implementation and adoption of new Apple platform capabilities and features
• Troubleshoot complex macOS and endpoint management issues
• Contribute to platform engineering practices supporting scalable Apple device management
• Ensure the stability, security, compliance, and scalability of the Apple endpoint environment

Candidates must be based within the EMEA region (preferably from Poland or Germany).
