Wymagania
- Education in computer science, information technology, business information technology, mathematics, or a similar field
- Experience in data visualization using best practices with high end-user focus (process mining and/or business intelligence tools)
- Experience with data extraction from various data sources such as SAP, Oracle, MS SQL
- Skills in data transformation and performance-optimized modeling
- Strong knowledge of SQL and/or similar language
- Ability to understand business demands and domain knowledge to translate these into service priorities
- Experience working with different groups of stakeholders and business users, challenging requirements for optimal results
- Ability to work independently combining technical knowledge with communication skills
- Several years of experience working in IT in cross-functional and international teams (business and data analytics, data-driven consulting, or similar)
- Fluency in English (B2) for effective communication with different department stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Obowiązki
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess, validate, and improve business processes through process mining, analytics, and automation
- Implement end-to-end processes with process mining tools like Celonis, UiPath, ABBYY Timeline from system connection to data transformation and data modeling
- Develop process analyses and recommendations for optimization
- Identify improvement potential and develop strategies to realize this value
- Facilitate training and coaching sessions for stakeholders on the use of process mining tools
- Develop process mining strategies and create a road map for successful implementation
