In4ge is a recruitment company focused on connecting talented employees with suitable companies. This role supports a strategic AI and corporate governance implementation program at a global leader in advanced optics and optoelectronics.

• Deep architectural experience in Microsoft 365 Enterprise environment, tenant configuration, core service architecture (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), and Microsoft Intune integration.
• Expertise in Microsoft Purview and Entra ID with advanced knowledge in labeling, DLP, retention, oversharing prevention, and advanced Conditional Access policies including non-human/service principals.
• Experience designing Copilot Control System policies, restrictions, and auditable control rules.
• Analytical and audit skills assessing actual tenant configuration and telemetry data, designing controls that generate audit evidence continuously.
• Experience in regulated environments understanding legal and business conditions (e.g., EU AI Act, Responsible AI requirements, Works Council agreements).
• Security-oriented work using least privilege principles including time-bound privileges (PIM) and precise audit logging.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical architectural decisions and business implications to governance boards.
• Fluent English at C1/C2 level enabling smooth communication with international technical and business stakeholders.

• Design Microsoft 365 tenant architecture for Enterprise scale including Admin Center policies, update channels, and coordinated configuration of Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams services.
• Define Copilot Control System policies at the tenant level including user scope, guardrails, and usage scenarios.
• Model cohort groups, maintain directory hygiene, design Conditional Access policies, and extend access model to non-human identities for AI agents.
• Configure Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels, DLP policies, retention, and audit mechanisms regarding Copilot access, addressing oversharing in SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Integrate Microsoft Intune and device compliance mechanisms in Conditional Access enforcement for agents.
• Conduct structured Tenant Readiness Assessments including scorecards, gap analysis, prerequisite lists, and risk registers for rollout waves.
• Collaborate on Agent 365 architecture defining tenant prerequisites, identity bindings, delegation models, and base services with the A365 Architect.
• Prepare post-implementation documentation, readiness assessment methodology, and operational instructions for client teams to self-validate environment before rollout waves.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
