Solution Architect

The role is within a strategic architectural program responsible for corporate governance of artificial intelligence at a global leader in optics and optoelectronics. The position focuses on designing a comprehensive control model, lifecycle, identity, and platform for AI agents within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Deep experience in Enterprise and Solution Architecture within Microsoft cloud ecosystem (M365, Azure, Entra ID, Purview, Defender).
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry and familiarity with multi-platform AI agent environments.
• Expertise in managing non-human identities, including delegated permissions and multi-agent architecture controls.
• Strong analytical skills and risk assessment capability for novel technologies, enabling foundational governance decisions.
• Experience building Target Operating Models with compliance standards including EU AI Act, Responsible AI, and employee council requirements.
• Facilitation and communication skills for collaborating with management, IT, security, compliance, and leading governance committees.
• Proven practice in creating comprehensive architectural documentation such as playbooks, deployment procedures, and operational instructions.
• Fluent English communication at C1/C2 level for daily international collaboration.

• Design architecture for Agent 365 platform including registration, deployment, inventory, containment, and decommissioning of AI agents.
• Develop identity architecture for agents with scoped consent, delegated access, audit logging, and identity object decompression.
• Create classification and archetype models for AI agents based on autonomy, data sensitivity, tool access, business criticality, and evidence requirements.
• Design a 10-stage lifecycle process with quality gates, defining owners, artifacts, risk gates, and compliance evidence.
• Integrate with Microsoft ecosystem components such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Entra, Purview, and Defender.
• Define Target Operating Model including RACI structures, decision rights, and governance board regulations.
• Validate Proof of Concept on real AI agents and prepare operational documentation including Governance Playbook and role instructions.
