(AI) Software Engineer 3.0

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as full-stack engineer, software developer, or a related role.
• Experience in preparing and executing production deployments including application structuring, environment configuration, deployment, and maintenance in AWS (Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Ability to bridge technology and business by understanding user needs and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, designing and developing integrations between systems (REST API, MCP).
• Proficient with modern AI development tools and effectively using solutions such as Claude in daily work.
• Fluent in English (C1) and Polish (C1) for communication with international and internal teams.

• Transform prototypes and drafts into safe, maintainable production systems, collaborating directly with stakeholders.
• Work with growing ecosystems of business-built applications using Claude.
• Develop and maintain systems based on tools co-developed and enhanced with each deployment.
