SAP Service Coordinator

This role is within an established SAP Center of Excellence focused on service delivery in an SAP S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud environment. The position is based in Warsaw and operates in a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Service Management.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE / RISE Private Cloud.
• Proficiency in JIRA Service Management.
• ITIL certification or strong practical ITIL experience.
• At least 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience in SAP RISE contract management.
• Understanding of SAP BASIS / RISE operations and SAP licensing.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM.

• Coordinate SAP service delivery across an SAP S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud environment.
• Manage incident and change processes.
• Oversee SAP RISE operations and service governance.
• Coordinate stakeholders involved in SAP service delivery.
• Act as deputy to the SAP Center of Excellence Manager.
• Provide cover for the RISE/Basis consultant as needed.
