LowCode Developer (Regular) (K/M)

Alior Bank SA is offering a role focused on developing and growing low-code solutions on the platform WEBCON BPS, particularly involving forms, workflows, and process applications. The job is situated in Warsaw, Kraków, and Gdańsk, with stable employment under a permanent contract. The project involves close cooperation with business, architecture, cybersecurity, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end process solutions in the banking sector.

• Practical experience in developing and enhancing low-code solutions on the WEBCON BPS platform, especially forms, workflows, and process applications
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into process models and user support solutions
• Knowledge of system integration including APIs, JSON, authorization, data exchange, and mapping
• Basic data modeling skills and ability to work with queries and data structures
• Ensuring quality through testing, documentation of changes, error handling, and applying SDLC standards
• Understanding application security principles, permission management, and data protection
• Problem diagnosis skills and capability to independently handle tasks with moderate complexity
• Interest in using AI to support development, testing, and documentation processes
• Experience collaborating with business users and IT teams; familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proficient English for technical documentation and cooperation with technology providers

• Designing, building, deploying, and developing applications and workflows on the WEBCON BPS platform
• Analyzing business requirements and modeling processes into low-code solutions
• Creating and maintaining integrations of WEBCON BPS with bank systems using APIs and other integration mechanisms
• Testing, documenting, maintaining solutions and diagnosing and fixing errors according to quality and security standards
• Collaborating with business units, architecture, cybersecurity, and other IT teams to deliver end-to-end process solutions
