Senior Agentic Engineer

• Experience leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and LLMs for development acceleration, task automation, and solution enhancement, including prompt engineering
• Experience with REST API integration to connect disparate systems
• Strong communication skills
• Great scripting experience
• Hands-on experience with the Azure platform components: Function Apps, Automation Accounts, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines)
• Experience working within formal ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce
• Ability to translate high-level business requirements into technical architecture
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps and Power Automate

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in data manipulation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or SQL)
• Experience with Python coding
• Familiarity with additional programming languages

• Own the end-to-end technical health, stability, and scalability of operational systems and internal tools
• Manage and continuously optimize the Zendesk ticketing ecosystem including workflows, integrations, and automation
• Lead the design and development of automated and self-service solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Resolve complex technical issues from investigation to permanent fix
• Plan and execute work within two-week sprint cycles balancing reliability and innovation
• Design, build, and maintain system integrations and new platform capabilities for Operations and CX teams
• Leverage AI capabilities including LLM-based applications and multi-agent systems to enhance intelligence and automate decision-making
• Identify and transform manual, repetitive processes into scalable, AI-driven workflows
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure internal tools are reliable, observable, secure, and continuously improved through proactive monitoring
