Programista / Analityk - Java (k/m)

PZU Tech S.A. is recruiting for a hybrid role based in Warszawa at Rondo Ignacego Daszyńskiego 4.

• Over 5 years of experience with Angular and Java/Kotlin
• Over 2 years of experience with Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis
• Experience in process modeling (e.g., UML, user story mapping) and requirement documentation (e.g., BPMN)
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders to extract and specify system requirements
• Provision of services from Poland

Nice to have:

• English language proficiency at B1/B2 level
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with frameworks for writing unit tests
• Understanding of Functional Programming and Object Oriented Programming paradigms
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (K8S), and Helm
• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and ElasticSearch
• Ability to scale applications
• Experience with tools for diagnosing performance of implemented solutions

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an analyst in an IT team, including process modeling (e.g., UML, user story mapping)
• Documenting requirements (e.g., BPMN)
• Communicating with stakeholders to elicit requirements and decompose them into system change specifications
• Analyzing data using SQL
• Using tools such as git and maven
• Providing services partly from the office in Warszawa and partly remotely

Services must be provided from the territory of Poland. Services must be provided partially from the office in Warszawa.
