The client is a stable international organization in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry focusing on digital transformation, business process automation, and AI-based solutions.

• Over 10 years of experience as an IT Architect or Enterprise Architect.
• Experience designing solutions for customer support channels including mail, chat, voice, and social media.
• Knowledge of business processes specific to the CPG industry.
• Practical experience in the area of hyperautomation.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Lightning.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Fluent spoken and written English (C1).

Nice to have:

• Experience in advanced Salesforce areas: integrations, customization, Agentforce, Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of Adobe solutions supporting marketing operations, especially Adobe Workfront.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP, Vertex AI, Gemini).
• Practical knowledge of marketing operations processes.

• Designing scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions to enhance customer support and marketing operations KPIs.
• Collaborating closely with the CIO and his team to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical architecture.
• Partnering with internal business and development teams to ensure system efficiency and real business benefits.
• Providing technical leadership, leading and mentoring project teams.
• Proactively implementing and promoting Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions according to the latest trends and best practices.
• Communicating architectural plans, progress, and status to management and implementation partners.
