Wymagania
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in middleware development or integration architecture in manufacturing or enterprise IT environments
- Expertise in SAP CPI including iPaaS platform, SAP CPI, MFT, APIs, and CI/CD/DevOps tooling for SAP CPI
- Experience with SAP Advanced Event Mesh or Solace
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to coach teams and drive a strategic delivery culture
- Fluent English proficiency in written and oral communication (B2 Upper-Intermediate or higher)

- Experience with event-driven programming
Obowiązki
- Ensure robust integration delivery through strong quality assurance practices and governance of build standards
- Promote reuse of existing integration assets and patterns across business initiatives
- Remove blockers and drive progress to complete integration initiatives on time
- Mentor developers to uplift integration maturity and overall technical excellence
- Facilitate effective collaboration using Kanban boards and pull-based task models
- Serve as point of contact for integration and backlog topics collaborating with Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and Integration Leads
- Support enterprise modernization through proof-of-concepts, demos, and exposure to emerging technologies
- Work closely with Operations team to identify improvement areas, optimize integration flows, and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery
