Apache Superset Developer

Our AI-driven consumer intelligence platform processes 50+ billion data points monthly to deliver actionable consumer insights for global brands such as Coca-Cola, Unilever, and Bayer.

• 4+ years of BI/analytics/data visualization development
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Apache Superset in production
• Strong SQL skills including window functions, CTEs, and query optimization
• Experience with Databricks/Spark SQL or similar lakehouse platforms
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows

Nice to have:

• Experience with Superset deployment and operations (including Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Celery)
• Fluency in Power BI for migration accuracy
• Proficiency in Python for extending Superset APIs and integrations
• Expertise with Jinja templating in Superset contexts

• Migrate Power BI dashboards to Apache Superset, improving performance from 8-12 second load times to under 3 seconds
• Build a parameterized chart library reusable via Superset's API
• Optimize Superset + Databricks integration including caching, semantic layers, and Delta Lake query patterns
• Define dashboarding standards and Jinja templates for scalable development
• Collaborate across teams to translate business questions into enterprise dashboards
