Game Designer (FPS)

• Experience in Game Design for first/third-person shooter games
• Full cycle and multi-discipline development experience with at least one shipped title as a game designer
• Knowledge of 3D level/game design tools and editors, primarily Unreal Engine 5
• Attention to quality and detail both creatively and technically
• Strong creative skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software
• Passion for gaming and the gaming industry
• Proficiency in English (verbal, written, and technical)

• Collaborate closely with the Game Director and Game Design team on design decisions for a large AAA first-person shooter
• Own, drive, and communicate the vision for major design initiatives, new features, and major design overhauls
• Hold brainstorming and playtest sessions
• Work closely with engineers, artists, and producers to design, tune, and implement game design directions
• Lead complex, challenging, and impactful game aspects with minimal oversight
• Analyze internal and external metrics feedback and adjust design or balance the game if necessary
• Contribute to prototyping, game balancing, and gameplay tuning
