Senior Java Developer (IR-551)

They specialize in industries like Fintech, Healthcare, EdTech, Construction, and Hospitality. The company develops a modern ERP platform that digitizes communication and operational workflows in the dental healthcare sector, connecting clinical practices with specialized service providers.

• 5+ years of core backend software development experience using Java (11/17+).
• In-depth knowledge of the Spring Boot 3, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and Spring Web.
• Strong relational data modeling and SQL performance tuning skills (with PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Proven ability to build RESTful APIs, manage OAuth2/JWT authentication, and design clean interface contracts.
• Experience with microservices, domain-driven design concepts, and transactional state management.
• Proficiency with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and containerization tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with health-tech software requirements, data privacy standards, or digital medical record workflows.
• Experience with event streaming platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing.
• Familiarity with AWS/GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, or distributed caching systems.
• Exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, or central logging tools (ELK stack) for microservice monitoring.

• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable architecture and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring.
• Engineer backend services to manage multi-step business logic, status lifecycles, and event-driven notifications.
• Design secure interfaces connecting internal modules with external systems adhering to healthcare data privacy principles.
• Optimize relational database schemas and query performance.
• Enforce software engineering best practices through code reviews, automated testing (unit/integration), and technical mentoring.
