Principal AI Solutions Architect

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise AI Architect to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade AI solutions for a large-scale business transformation initiative. The role combines enterprise architecture, hands-on AI engineering, technical leadership, and client-facing consulting. You will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, designing scalable and reusable AI capabilities, and ensuring their successful implementation in real business environments.

• Extensive experience in enterprise software architecture and AI solution architecture.
• Proven track record designing and owning complex production-grade software systems.
• Strong software engineering background with development and testing skills.
• Experience with modern software engineering practices including CI/CD.
• Strong foundation in TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET ecosystems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with modern AI technologies and platforms.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying LLM-powered AI solutions.
• Knowledge of AI agent architectures, Model Context Protocol, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Experience building AI evaluation frameworks with measurable criteria.
• Understanding of enterprise security, data protection, and compliance.
• Proven consulting and presales experience including technical proposals.
• Excellent English communication skills at C1 level or higher.
• Ability to work aligned with US and Western Europe business hours.

• Knowledge of test case development.
• Experience with security considerations and architectures.

Architecture & Software Engineering:

• Design and own complex, production-grade software systems including architecture and integrations.
• Actively design, develop, test, review, and maintain production-quality code.
• Apply modern software engineering practices including version control, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.

AI Engineering & Technology:

• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered solutions in production.
• Implement agentic AI architectures and patterns such as AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
• Build evaluation frameworks with test cases, acceptance criteria, and regression testing for AI systems.
• Troubleshoot AI-powered workflows to improve reliability and output quality.

Enterprise Architecture, Security & Compliance:

• Define architecture standards, reusable components, and engineering practices.
• Make strategic technology decisions evaluating trade-offs between platforms and architectural approaches.

Consulting & Stakeholder Management:

• Work directly with external clients, senior executives, and business stakeholders.
• Provide solution design, project scoping, effort estimation, and present technical proposals.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical architectures and implementation plans.

Leadership & Communication:

• Provide technical leadership including architectural guidance, code reviews, and decision-making.
• Influence technical direction and establish engineering standards.
• Lead technical and business discussions with international clients.
