Solution Architect

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. offers a position focused on designing and maintaining scalable, secure enterprise software architectures, integrating large-scale distributed systems with event-driven, microservices, and service-oriented patterns.

• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience, including 2 years in software architecture for large-scale enterprise systems
• Proven expertise in enterprise software design with SOA, ESB concepts, and microservices architectures
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, Apache Kafka, GraphQL APIs, and Redis, with integration experience
• Experience in Agile (Scrum), ability to lead technical discussions, define architectural standards, mentor teams, and communicate with technical and business stakeholders

• Defining and maintaining the solution architecture, translating requirements into scalable and secure designs
• Designing system interoperability and integration, including interfaces and external platform connections
• Leading architectural governance and technology selection, establishing standards and evaluating alternatives
• Supporting system planning, software development estimation, analysis, and change management
• Producing technical documentation, providing technical leadership, mentoring development teams, and communicating decisions to stakeholders
