360 Recruitment Consultant – Engineering & Operations

Antal is a leader in recruitment of specialists and managers as well as HR advisory, operating in 35 countries and present in Poland since 1996. The Engineering & Operations team manages recruitment for specialist, expert, mid, and senior management positions in industries including automotive, machinery, production, electronics, FMCG (Food and Non-Food), transport, logistics, chemical, mining, construction, real estate, and energy, with special focus on renewable energy (OZE).

• Good knowledge of at least one of the following industries: automotive, machinery, production, electronics, FMCG (Food and Non-Food), transport, logistics, chemical, mining, construction, or energy.
• Experience in B2B service sales and negotiation.
• Experience in 360, end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2).
• Desire to join a leading Polish recruitment company and work with a great team.
