Full Stack Software Engineer

At Physitrack, they are a global digital healthcare provider with team members on four continents, customers in 17 time zones, and millions of end users in 187 countries. They offer two products: Physitrack, a SaaS B2B platform used by physiotherapists and their patients, and Champion Health, a wellbeing platform.

• Product builder mindset.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with React.js.
• Backend experience with Node.js.
• Ability to craft usable and maintainable CSS/HTML.
• Understanding of modern web app & asset build pipeline.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
• Knowledge of best practices in software engineering and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools.
• Solid experience with git and various git-based workflows.
• Good written and spoken English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience with refactoring old codebases.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks like Django, Laravel.
• Experience with CI & build pipelines.
• Experience working in a product company.
• Good writing ability (documentation, README, or blog posts).
• Experience with fully remote work.

• Build frontend and backend features independently.
• Improve legacy code.
• Collaborate with team to shape the product's future.
