Senior 3rd Line / Software Maintenance Engineer

• 5+ years in platform devops with experience on AWS or GCP
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS), including Vault, Kyverno, and policy management
• Proven scripting skills in Python, Ruby or Bash, with Infrastructure as Code approach
• Proficient in Terraform, Docker, and Ansible
• Familiarity with AWS cloud, networking, and MongoDB
• Basic knowledge of Go language, with a willingness to learn quickly
• Strong communication skills and client centricity
• Ability to participate in on-call support rotations
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Own EKS cluster management and related automations
• Solve problems across all technology stack layers
• Develop stable, high-quality code for automation and internal APIs
• Participate in support and on-call rotations, providing customer support
• Write and publish High Level Designs and developer documentation
• Participate in planning release schedules, workload, and priorities
• Design for privacy, security, compliance, high availability, performance, and resilience
• Analyze requirements and implement the best solution
• Complete short test tasks in GoLang before client interview
