Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure AI / GenAI Solutions)

EPAM Systems is a global leader in AI transformation engineering and integrated consulting, serving Forbes Global 2000 companies and startups. The team develops Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and AI-powered applications leveraging Azure AI services in a secure enterprise environment.

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and AKS
• Proficiency in Azure AI Search and AI Services (Foundry)
• Experience with n8n and LangSmith
• Knowledge of Web Application Firewalls, firewalls, and Private Link
• Experience in secure enterprise environments with restricted access and governance
• Experience supporting production systems via ticket-driven operations
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong ownership mindset and task completion skills
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience with Dataiku or similar data science platforms
• Familiarity with OpenWebUI
• Experience supporting R&D, proofs of concept, and rapid prototyping
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools

• Support DevOps activities for Azure-based AI and GenAI solutions
• Support and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments
• Work with Azure DevOps pipelines, release processes, and deployments
• Support and troubleshoot Azure AI Search and AI Services (Foundry)
• Maintain operational workflows using n8n and LangSmith
• Coordinate activities related to Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), firewalls, private networking, and secure connectivity
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve operational and deployment issues
• Manage and track tickets, service requests, approvals, and dependencies across teams
• Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and platform teams
• Drive DevOps-related activities from initiation to completion ensuring timely follow-up
• Contribute to secure, reliable, and efficient cloud-based solution operation
