Senior DevOps Engineer - Checkmarx

• Over 5 years of experience administering and operating application security platforms such as Checkmarx
• Proficient with CI/CD pipelines including scan execution and integration troubleshooting
• Experience with the SAP Piper pipeline solution including bug fixes and feature development
• Skills in vendor management, issue escalation, and coordination on feature requests
• Background in operational incident handling and recovery
• Understanding of platform administration including configuration, upgrades, and maintenance
• Capability to evaluate new product capabilities and coordinate adoption

• Manage central configuration of the Checkmarx platform and ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle upgrades and maintenance activities
• Investigate and resolve user-reported issues
• Troubleshoot scan execution within CI/CD pipelines
• Act on operational incidents and recovery efforts
• Communicate with Checkmarx vendors about issues and feature requests
• Participate in vendor meetings and escalate critical issues
• Contribute to the SAP Piper pipeline solution including bug fixes and new features
• Configure and troubleshoot scan integrations
• Suggest improvements to monitoring, tooling, and features
• Evaluate new product capabilities and coordinate adoption plans
• Validate vendor fixes and patches before production deployment
