Senior MLOps Engineer

EPAM Systems is a global leader in AI transformation engineering and integrated consulting, serving Forbes Global 2000 companies and startups. The role contributes to an Enterprise Agent Development Platform, a production-grade, cloud-native ecosystem on AWS that enables engineering teams to develop, deploy, and observe AI agents at scale.

• 5+ years experience in MLOps or DevOps engineering with AI/ML systems
• Hands-on experience with deployment, promotion, or rollback workflows for AI agents including evaluation gates and endpoint management
• Experience in versioning and lifecycle management for LLM agents or ML models
• Proficient with immutable artifact versioning at an enterprise scale using ECR and model registries
• Skilled in CI/CD pipeline design with quality gates for AI systems
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS AgentCore Runtime versioning
• Familiarity with agent evaluation frameworks such as Langfuse, LangSmith, PromptLayer
• Experience with multi-environment agent promotion and regression detection

• Define and maintain the agentic versioning model as an immutable unit including container images, prompt configuration, tool bindings, and policy associations
• Manage AWS AgentCore Runtime versioning with automatic versioning and endpoint management
• Design and enforce agent promotion workflow from development to production with evaluation gates
• Establish rollback patterns to restore and validate previous agent versions
• Configure AWS ECR for agent images including lifecycle policies and image signing
• Integrate with the Agent Registry for auto-registration of agent versions and metadata
• Collaborate with teams to standardize versioning and lifecycle practices across the AI agent estate
