Workplace Technology Specialist

The IT Enablement function focuses on making the company run smoothly, securely, and with ongoing improvements. The Workplace Technology Specialist role bridges the helpdesk pod and IT Systems team, focusing on sysadmin tasks with an emphasis on networking, managing physical and infrastructure layers at the Stockholm office such as onboarding logistics, hardware, and local network spine.

• 4–6 years experience in systems administration, IT operations, or workplace technology with a focus on networking.
• Proficient in office network fundamentals with ability to trace issues from endpoints through switches to uplinks.
• Hands-on presence for on-site problem-solving including device staging and meeting room recovery.
• Collaborative ability to work across helpdesk pod, IT Systems, and Workplace teams.
• Availability to work on-site five days per week.

• Own new-hire onboarding end to end on the technology side: staging devices, provisioning accounts and access, day-one setup, and in-person welcome to tools.
• Manage local hardware lifecycle including provisioning, stock, repairs, returns, and act as an escalation point above first-line support.
• Collaborate with the IT Systems team on office network infrastructure: Meraki, structured cabling, meeting rooms, AV, and physical security (badge/access-control, cameras).
• Participate in handling tickets alongside the helpdesk pod.
• Support AV and conferencing equipment for meeting rooms, all-hands, and events.

Nice to have:

• Meraki administration and local network operations.
• Endpoint and onboarding logistics: macOS provisioning, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and hardware staging.
• Physical security infrastructure experience: badge/access-control and camera/CCTV systems (e.g., Verkada).
• AV and conferencing design and acceptance testing (Neat, Zoom Rooms).
• Experience with ITSM/service-desk platforms, ideally AI-assisted.
• Familiarity with Neat, Zoom, Meraki, Verkada, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and 1Password.
