Wymagania

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent plus multiple years of mission critical services experience in high availability or critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work shifts including non-standard hours such as evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Several years of mission critical services experience or equivalent.
  • Associate's Degree, technical trade certification, or higher education in a related field.
  • At least one year of people management experience.
  • At least one year of experience in a specialized area such as mechanical, electrical, or controls.

People Management:

  • Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
  • Define team objectives and enable success across boundaries.

Equipment and Systems Operations:

  • Serve as an operations specialist in major areas such as electrical, mechanical, controls, or generators.
  • Oversee and coach team inspection of critical environment equipment including HVAC and mechanical systems.
  • Monitor maintenance and operations using telemetry and control systems.
  • Use CMMS to track equipment and manage work orders.
  • Lead onsite incident response for abnormal conditions impacting operations.
  • Develop and follow emergency operating procedures (EOPs), methods of procedure (MOPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Create incident timelines, root-cause analyses, and action items.

Equipment and Systems Maintenance:

  • Guide and perform planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance and repairs following MOPs and SOPs.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for specific equipment types.
  • Troubleshoot systems and components independently.
  • Coordinate and provide necessary escorts for third-party contractors.
  • Ensure safe execution of supplier/vendor work according to standards and regulations.
  • Advise colleagues on inspections and troubleshooting.

Critical Environment Culture:

  • Ensure and coach on safety and security requirements including job hazard assessments and toolbox talks.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and escalate unsafe conditions.
  • Assess and provide resources to support environmental health and safety objectives.
  • Participate in required meetings, trainings, and handoffs.
