Cybersecurity Epic Owner / Technical Project Manager

Upvanta sp. z o.o. is hiring for a role supporting cybersecurity activities within a vehicle platform project, focusing on compliance with UNECE R155 and Vehicle Type Approval (VTA) processes.

• Experience as Technical Project Manager, Epic Owner, Program Manager, or similar roles.
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity in technical or automotive projects.
• Experience working with cybersecurity regulations and standards, especially UNECE R155.
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in risk management, planning, and project monitoring.
• Skills in presenting and participating in audits and compliance processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• English language proficiency enabling smooth collaboration in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of the Vehicle Type Approval (VTA) process.
• Experience with vehicle cybersecurity architecture.
• Certifications in project management or cybersecurity.

• Lead activities ensuring vehicle development complies with UNECE R155 requirements.
• Oversee documentation and verification of cybersecurity compliance.
• Identify, analyze, and manage risks related to R155 compliance.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate collaboration between project teams, system architects, Product Owners, Epic Owners, certification teams, and external partners.
• Manage dependencies and schedules related to cybersecurity activities.
• Create and oversee short-term and long-term plans for cybersecurity epics.
• Support cybersecurity architects in preparing and finalizing PCS Case for VTA process.
• Participate in audits, reviews, and meetings related to vehicle homologation.
