IT Internship (f/m)

• Pursuing or recently graduated (within 12 months) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluent in Polish.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong leadership abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Open-minded, fast learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work closely with cross-functional teams.

• Ensure all critical IT/OT applications and plant infrastructure run efficiently with proper resilience.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT operations and supply chain experience.
• Act as a change agent ensuring new technologies support a secure and compliant workforce operating 24x7.
• Take full ownership of projects from the outset, working on concrete impactful tasks.

The position is an internship located in Poland (Aleksandrów Łódzki).
