IT Manager

The team consists of 240 employees including engineers, technologists, maintenance workers, architects, and others. The headquarters is located in Warsaw.

• Minimum 4–6 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or technical lead position.
• Experience in IT project management, preferably with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (M3, SAP or other enterprise class); knowledge of Infor M3 is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem: Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint.
• Understanding of system integration architecture including API, middleware, and ETL.
• Experience managing network infrastructure and IT security.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, including backlog management and documentation.
• Experience with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics 365 or Salesforce is welcomed.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical language and vice versa.
• Communication skills to engage with management, business departments, and vendors.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a multi-project environment.
• Independence, proactivity, and solution orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment.
• English language proficiency at level C1 for working with technical documentation and communication with foreign vendors.

• Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of IT infrastructure and business systems.
• Manage daily operations of a 3-person IT team across Infrastructure & Security, Applications & Systems, and Helpdesk.
• Plan tasks, prioritize IT backlog, and resolve escalations.
• Participate actively in operational tasks based on current priorities.
• Develop team competencies and manage resources in projects.
• Build process and documentation culture in the IT department.
• Lead parallel IT system implementations (current: D365 CRM, Jira, M3, PCon integrations).
• Technically implement system integrations according to planned system architecture.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Report project progress to Finance & IT Director and Leadership Team.
• Supervise IT infrastructure: servers, network, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD.
• Manage cybersecurity: policies, backups, disaster recovery, incident management.
• Ensure continuity of critical systems (ERP M3, CRM D365, PCon).
• Monitor system performance and availability.
• Manage relationships with implementation partners and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and budgets with external suppliers.
• Manage license portfolios and IT costs.
• Verify quality of work by implementation partners.
• Ensure efficient helpdesk and IT support.
• Oversee onboarding of new employees regarding IT.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and security procedures.
