Młodszy Kierownik Projektu / Junior Project Manager

Baltic IT Support sp. z o.o. is a professional organization providing user support and IT servicing. • Minimum secondary education (preferably higher education or ongoing studies)
• English language proficiency at minimum B1 level (preferably B2)
• Knowledge of computer hardware and environment
• Understanding of processes related to installation, configuration, replacement, and servicing of IT hardware is an advantage
• Good work organization and ability to prioritize
• Communication skills and ability to cooperate with various stakeholders
• Independence, responsibility, and engagement
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of project management tools is an advantage
• Experience in project coordination, internships, traineeships, or participation in project execution is welcomed

• Support Project Manager in executing IT projects related to hardware installation, configuration, and service requests
• Participate in planning, organizing, and coordinating project work
• Monitor schedules and task progress
• Prepare reports, summaries, and project documentation
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Coordinate information flow among project participants
• Attend project meetings and prepare notes and agreements
• Identify potential risks and report them to the Project Manager
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and high quality of activities
