Reward Advisor

The Reward Advisor role supports the effective delivery of DAZN’s Reward agenda through job evaluation, pay, benefits, and reward governance, helping ensure competitive reward propositions.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a Reward role.
• Independent experience conducting job evaluations using recognized methodologies (e.g., WTW Global Grading System, Korn Ferry Hay, Mercer IPE).
• Experience matching positions to external compensation surveys (WTW preferred) and making salary range recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and working with large multi-country datasets.
• Hands-on experience with EU Pay Transparency implementation, pay gap analysis, pay equity reviews, and reward governance.
• Experience delivering global benefits renewal and communications, and maintaining SharePoint documentation.
• Experience working within a dedicated Reward team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver high-quality outcomes with limited supervision.

• Manage day-to-day delivery of job evaluation and salary-range activities, providing recommendations and guidance to People Partners.
• Execute assigned Reward projects, tracking timelines and supporting process improvements.
• Coordinate cyclical Reward activities ensuring accuracy and communication.
• Develop and deliver benefits engagement communications globally in partnership with the Comms team.
• Maintain benefits governance, coordinating renewals and documentation across countries.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence and reward trends for management review.
• Identify and support implementation of Reward process and reporting improvements, including use of AI tools.
• Act as escalation point for Reward queries, interpreting policies and providing guidance.
• Support benefits administration.
• Travel internationally to the UK at least twice annually for collaboration and team engagement.
