PLM Integration Analyst

The role is part of a large-scale, multi-year business and technology transformation for a global FMCG organization.

• 5+ years of experience in PLM/R&D systems, enterprise integration, and/or SAP-related transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of complex system integration in global enterprise environments.
• Experience with PLM and product/R&D processes including product specifications, formulation, packaging, BOM/MBOM, artwork, or labeling.
• Experience working with SAP and/or MDM/MDG ecosystems is highly valuable.
• Experience with integration design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience working with System Integrators and cross-functional global teams.
• Project/program management experience.
• Effective communication skills with business experts, architects, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

• Own and coordinate the end-to-end technical integration design across PLM, R&D, and enterprise systems.
• Design integration across product formulation, ingredient and packaging specifications, MBOM, artwork, and labeling.
• Collaborate with PLM, SAP, MDM/MDG, Enterprise Architecture, and business teams to define fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Lead key functional integration decisions and validate proposed solution designs.
• Coordinate integration approach including Unit Testing and SIT.
• Manage dependencies between PLM and other transformation initiatives and enterprise platforms.
• Work closely with System Integrators and vendors, reviewing deliverables for alignment with requirements.
• Partner with global R&D, product, and technology stakeholders.
• Support regional deployment teams with integration implementation.
• Ensure integration solutions support standardized and scalable global processes.
