Business Analyst Serialization L4/L5 Expert

Galderma is a global dermatology company present in approximately 90 countries, offering premium brands and services in Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare and Therapeutic Dermatology. The company has a focus on pharmaceutical serialization and traceability within its global IT team.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ATTP and SAP TH (ICH).
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical serialization and traceability.
• Experience configuring and supporting enterprise IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of GxP and Computerized System Validation.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of GS1 standards and serialization regulations.
• Comfortable working across both functional and technical areas.
• Experience working in a global IT or pharmaceutical environment.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from day one.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to work with international teams in a global environment.

• Act as a key functional expert for SAP ATTP and SAP TH (ICH).
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure and enhance serialization solutions according to business and compliance requirements.
• Lead functional specifications, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Support validation activities ensuring compliance with GxP and Computerized System Validation (CSV) requirements.
• Assist with migration from ATTP running on HEC to ATTP on S/4.
• Provide expert support for complex system issues and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT, SAP teams, and external partners in a global environment.
• Support go-live, hyper care, and ongoing system improvements.
