Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Developer

The position is for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join a global CRM product team responsible for developing and maintaining an enterprise Dynamics 365 platform in the automotive industry.

• 8+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Engagement, preferably the Sales module.
• Very good knowledge of customisations, plugins and workflows.
• Strong development skills in C# and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Function Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Storage Accounts.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Experience developing and supporting integrations.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

• Developing and maintaining solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, primarily the Sales area.
• Designing and implementing CRM customisations.
• Developing plugins, workflows, and custom backend components.
• Building solutions using C# and .NET.
• Developing and maintaining integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Working with Azure services including Azure Function Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Storage Accounts.
• Supporting automated build and deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the CRM platform.
• Maintaining and improving existing custom components.
• Ensuring high code quality and adherence to development standards.
• Collaborating closely with architects, developers, testers, and integration specialists.
• Working with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contributing actively to an Agile product team.
