Business Intelligence Analyst II / Qlik / Qlik Cloud

• University degree with 4 to 8 years of related experience; post-graduate education possible.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (nested logical and lookup functions, pivot tables, macros).
• Intermediate SQL skills.
• Beginner to intermediate programming skills in Python, VBA; JavaScript is a plus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, time-management skills, effective communication.
• Very detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Knowledge of data modeling.
• Understanding of statistics and analytical techniques.
• Leadership and/or project management skills.
• Understanding of IT asset management, networking equipment, and contract management.

• Design and develop BI processes, metrics, reports, and analytical solutions to support strategy.
• Handle full analytical process: data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, modeling, reporting, and visualization.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business questions and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with management, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into BI solutions.
• Create recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, summaries, and visualizations.
• Communicate findings clearly and provide deeper insights.
• Identify new opportunities and enhance existing BI solutions to ensure scalability and flexibility.
• Support and guide other team members and lead selected initiatives depending on experience.
