IT/SAP Recruiter (Italian Speaker)

• At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in IT outsourcing, contracting, or recruitment agency environments.
• Proven track record of successfully matching candidates with client projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages such as Polish, German, French, Portuguese, or Spanish is an advantage.
• Proactive and sales-oriented business mindset with the ability to understand client needs and act as a true recruitment partner.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with attention to detail and quality.
• Proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to independently drive recruitment processes forward.

• Independently source and attract IT and SAP professionals for international clients through various channels and recruitment methods.
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and initial screening to interviewing, candidate assessment, and presenting qualified candidates to SNI's Sales team and clients.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies leveraging professional networks, market knowledge, and innovative recruitment tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and SAP professionals throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and ensure alignment with recruitment and business needs.
• Prepare and present qualified candidates to clients ensuring a strong match between skills and client requirements.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously ensuring timely communication and coordination.
• Monitor the IT and SAP talent market, identify relevant talent pools, and track industry trends.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database with proper documentation of recruitment activities.
• Represent SNI professionally in interactions with candidates, clients, professional networks, recruitment events, and industry-related activities.
