Senior Business Analyst - Digital Assets

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst with at least 2 years on crypto, digital asset, or blockchain products.
• Proven experience writing detailed functional specifications for technical products, including API integrations and payment flows.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and major networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron), stablecoins, transaction confirmation, and network fees.
• Experience documenting integrations with custody providers and crypto payment processors (e.g., Fireblocks, BitGo).
• Knowledge of crypto-specific compliance: AML/KYT screening, Travel Rule, and frameworks like MiCA.
• Familiarity with API documentation, webhooks, idempotency, and asynchronous processing.
• Strong analytical skills including data mapping and process modeling.
• Fluency in English (B2 level).
• Advantageous experience in fintech, brokerage, exchange, or regulated high-risk environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Own analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements for digital asset transaction flows.
• Produce clear, complete, and testable specifications including SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse and document integration requirements for custody providers, financial vendors, and payment processors.
• Map end-to-end transaction flows including edge cases and failure modes.
• Translate AML/KYT, Travel Rule, and regulatory requirements into functional requirements.
• Define data and reporting needs to support reconciliation, monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
• Support Engineering during delivery by clarifying requirements and validating functionality.
• Contribute to UAT planning and vendor sandbox testing.
• Maintain product documentation in Confluence and manage requirements in Jira.
• Mentor other Business Analysts and help raise specification standards.
