Senior Business Analyst - Digital Assets

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years on crypto, digital asset, or blockchain products
• Proven experience writing detailed functional specifications for technical products including API integrations and payment flows
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals including major networks, stablecoins, confirmation models, and fees
• Experience documenting integrations with custody providers or crypto payment processors
• Knowledge of crypto-specific compliance: AML/KYT screening, Travel Rule, and regulatory frameworks such as MiCA
• Familiarity with API documentation, webhooks, idempotency, and asynchronous processing
• Strong analytical skills in data mapping, process modelling, and edge-case analysis
• Fluency in English (B2 level); additional languages are advantageous
• Experience in fintech, brokerage, exchange, or regulated high-risk environments is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Own the analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements for digital asset transaction flows
• Produce clear, complete, and testable specifications (SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria) for transaction lifecycles and third-party integrations
• Analyse and document integration requirements for custody providers and payment processors, including API contracts and webhooks
• Map end-to-end transaction flows including edge cases and failure modes
• Translate AML/KYT, Travel Rule, and regulatory requirements into functional requirements
• Define data requirements and reporting needs for reconciliation and regulatory reporting
• Support Engineering during delivery by clarifying requirements and validating functionality
• Contribute to UAT planning and execution, including vendor sandbox testing
• Maintain product documentation in Confluence and manage requirements in Jira
• Mentor other Business Analysts and contribute to raising specification standards
