Full Stack Software Engineer - Node.js, AI

• Proficiency in building responsive frontend applications in React.js and high-performance backend services using Node.js/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience designing and building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, RESTful/gRPC APIs, and custom developer tools.
• Solid understanding of generative AI, LLM APIs, and AI-assisted coding agents consuming external tools and rulesets.
• Proven experience codifying complex logical standards or linting patterns into JSON/YAML structures.
• Experience deploying, versioning, and managing secure fullstack cloud applications; familiarity with SAP BTP ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of web standards including DOM structure, CSS, accessibility, and logical component design.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• B2 level verbal and written English proficiency.

• Architect & Build MCP Servers: Drive the design, development, and implementation of a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server allowing AI coding assistants and automation workflows to query and enforce UX rulesets.
• Fullstack Development: Maintain and extend the React.js frontend visual reporting interface and scale the underlying Node.js backend logic and microservices.
• Codify UX Standards: Translate human-readable UX guidelines into robust, machine-readable JSON/YAML rules.
• Host & Secure Cloud Deployments: Manage and deploy APIs, rulesets, and fullstack services securely on cloud platforms with stable version control and scalable access.
• CI/CD & DevTools Integration: Develop developer-focused CLI integrations, IDE plugins, and pipelines that enable automated design audits.
• Expert Collaboration: Partner with UX design experts to align machine-readable rules with design specifications, establishing a human-in-the-loop workflow.

The role requires hybrid work with presence in Krakow, Wroclaw, or Gdansk for 3 days per week. Benefits are available only to employees.
